So I’ve been thinking about getting a new dining table, the one we have right now was a hand me down and even though it’s only 48” diameter it still feels too big for the space.
I really love the idea of a parsons table, because I love the clean modern lines against our antique chairs.
West Elm has one I absolutely love
Although it’s only 32” I was hoping for 36” and an option to expand. But it’s a beauty and on sale!
Another option would be the Bjursta from IKEA which is expandable.
Although it doesn’t come in white, which I think I could live with.
I found a cheap one at Wal-Mart too, who knew. (try to ignore the ugly chairs)
After being set on a square table I did come across this cute knock off tulip table from Ikea.
I’m really loving the moderness of it. It just feels so clean.
I’d love to hear what you think. I’m kind of notorious for not being able to make decisions, so any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Last night my biological clock was ticking once again. I was up really late browsing cribs for my future babies nursery. I just can’t get enough of these amazing cribs they have out now. The design world had definitely changed since I was a baby.
My original favorite was the Jenny Lind crib. It’s seriously such a classic piece. Love it.
But more and more I find myself drawn to the more modern and clean lines of these cribs.
Ray Crib by Muu $795
Sparrow Crib by Oeuf $730
Classic Crib by Oeuf $940
Skylar by Pottery Barn $799
Modo by Babyletto $380
Bam by Argington $585
All of the above cribs have the option to be converted into a toddler bed, which makes them worth the price tag, right?
The Ikea Gulliver crib would definitely be the least expensive option. But I don’t know how I feel about Ikea and their quality. Not to mention their clumsy installation directions.
There are so many to choose from I don’t know how I’ll ever make a decision. I think when it comes down to it, I’ll have to base my decision on price. Even though I’m loving the designs by Oeuf.
And just for fun here are some gorgeous WAY out of budget cribs.
Ok are you on crib overload now? sorry about that.
Look out for a post on strollers next…oh no!
Can’t wait until I get preggers!
Call me crazy but I’m loving this for the backyard, but picture a more rustic table.
I love modern mixed with rustic.
And this is what I hope to accomplish in our backyard.
Love the two seating areas, along with the fire pit and vines surrounding the pergola.
